Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after WhatsApp confirmation is received from you. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Your order is not dispatched until you confirm it on WhatsApp by sending the pre-filled message. If we do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.
2. Delivery Timelines
We ship across India. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote areas and North-East India: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner schedules, public holidays, local disruptions, or peak periods. These are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- ₹99 flat shipping charge for orders below ₹999
- Shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm
4. Courier Partners
We use trusted courier partners to ship your order. The courier partner may vary based on your delivery location. We will share the courier name and tracking details via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking link on WhatsApp. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Order page using your Order ID or phone number.
Live courier API tracking will be enabled after logistics integration. Until then, we will share tracking details manually via WhatsApp.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. NAFUME is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered a wrong address, please contact us on WhatsApp immediately. We will try our best to update it before dispatch — but we cannot guarantee changes after the order is handed to the courier.
7. Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will follow up with the courier partner and keep you updated. Delays are rare but can happen due to factors outside our control (natural events, courier network congestion, address issues).
8. Damaged Package on Arrival
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
- Record an unboxing video before opening the package
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
- Share the video, your Order ID, and photos of the damage
Claims made after 48 hours or without video/photo evidence may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
9. COD (Cash on Delivery)
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. COD availability may vary by location. Please confirm COD availability for your pin code at checkout or via WhatsApp.
