5. Pricing and Offers

• All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of your order placement applies
• Offers, discounts, and promotional pricing are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and may cancel or revise the order

6. Order Placement and Acceptance

An order is considered placed when you submit the shipping form on our website. Your order is confirmed only when:

• You send the pre-filled WhatsApp confirmation message to NAFUME, and
• We acknowledge the confirmation on WhatsApp

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other reason. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and process a full refund if payment was already collected.

7. Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay in cash when your order is delivered. COD may not be available for all pin codes
• Prepaid (UPI / Bank Transfer) — We will share payment details on WhatsApp. Payment must be completed before dispatch
• We do not accept card payments directly on the website at this time. If Shopify or a payment gateway is enabled in future, those terms will apply

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the order has been handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery if eligible. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Our total liability in any case is limited to the value of the order in question.
