Express Logistics & Shipping
We ship all Indian orders via BlueDart Express Premium. Domestic shipments to metro hubs arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Regional areas can take up to 6 business days. Express shipping is completely free on all transactions above ₹1,500.
Yes. We ship internationally via DHL Express Priority. Standard international delivery times are 5 to 10 business days depending on customs clearings. Please connect with our concierge email to calculate precise shipping values.
Returns & Concierge Exchanges
Due to the strict hygiene and transport safety classifications of high-concentration alcohol-based fine perfumery, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened full bottles. We strongly encourage securing our Discovery Box first.
Fragrance Care & Performance
Keep your NAFUME vessels away from heat, high-humidity areas (like bathrooms), and direct sunlight. Store them inside dry, cool cabinets or drawers. This preserves the delicate top notes of saffron and citrus orchards from oxidizing.
High-maturation botanical concentrations (like real Mysore Sandalwood and aged Oud) continue to mature and maturate inside the glass vessel over months. Exposure to oxygen slightly blooms the heavier resins, deepening sillage and longevity.
